The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Diagnostic Technician, with a focus on European brands.
- Certification or training specific to VW is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.
Your responsibilities include:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of Volkswagen vehicles.
- Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electronic issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and service checks to ensure vehicle performance and safety.
- Collaborate with the service team to provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Stay updated with the latest technical advancements and training provided by Volkswagen Group Australia.
Previous experience in a Volkswagen, Skoda or Audi dealership is highly regarded.
